I'm Veronica, a UKCP-registered psychotherapist specialised in individual therapy with adults.

 

 I have been working in the field of wellbeing and mental health since 2016.

I have extensive experience supporting people with:

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Neurodiversity

  • Stress

  • Anxiety

  • Depression and low mood

  • Attachment difficulties

  • Trauma

Additionally, for many years, I have worked with university students in receipt of Disabled Students' Allowance.
 

As an integrative practitioner, I am familiar with a number of evidence-based theories and techniques and can tailor my approach to what feels most helpful to you.

  • Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy, Metanoia Institute & Middlesex University (in final year)

  • Postgraduate Clinical Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, Metanoia Institute (London)

  • MSc in Psychodynamic, Clinical and Community Psychology, University of Naples 'Federico II' (Italy)

  • BSc in Psychology, University of Naples 'Federico II' (Italy)

My PhD research explores therapists' experience of the therapeutic relationship in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy for the treatment of depression.

I am also a qualified teacher specialised in post-compulsory education and have experience of delivering training in mental health training for staff practising in education.
